Instructing in the defence of an arbitration claim surrounding the computation of payments for sub-sea works done on offshore platforms given the contractor’s claims for downtime due to interruptions caused by unsafe sea state conditions and client operations; advising on liability in an arbitration claim surrounding a well blow-out; instructing and conducting trials in negligence actions, (property damage and personal injuries), wrongful death actions, and a range of commercial matters including banking and real estate, debt collection, breach of contract, director/shareholder rights, and industrial relations matters.
